Ever since I launched my marketing agency, community has been at the forefront of it’s growth. Between referrals and also being part of groups where I could collaborate on ideas and get feedback from other business owners has moved the needle in my business more than any social media post ever has. It has been important for me to get into rooms, especially when no one looks like me, so I can continue to make space for other women as well. And truth is, most of those rooms were uncomfortable to be in or awkward. However, I knew the more I pushed through, the more seats I could pull up for others around me.

From having been part of many amazing masterminds for a long period of time, there were times where I didn’t know what to talk about because I was in the doing phase. I was implementing and you seem when you’re growing, you sometimes don’t need more ideas, you need to actually do the dang thing. On the flip side, being part of masterminds felt kind of like being part of an exclusive social club, where I’ve met women who are not only business friends, but have become best friends in real life. Which is where The Founder’s Table has come in - a blend of social club and education mixed together. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and over 6 years as an entrepreneur, Alisha has worked with some of the world’s most innovative brands, creating bold, out-of-the-box campaigns that consistently make an impact and not only drive awareness but sales for their brand. Her expertise extends beyond global marketing projects, having personally coached hundreds of local business owners, helping them grow their businesses with tailored business strategies. Alisha's passion lies in empowering businesses to harness cutting-edge marketing tools and carve out their own unique identity in the marketplace. She excels at both big-picture thinking and executing the smallest details flawlessly.

After thriving in the corporate world, Alisha realized she was destined for something greater. This led her to launch The Social Project, a marketing agency designed to help entrepreneurs dream bigger and achieve more with their marketing efforts. Alongside that, she built one of the largest communities for women entrepreneurs in Seattle, Seattle Business Babes, launched the podcast and lifestyle brand *Here For A Good Time*, and eventually founded *The Founder’s Table*. Her entrepreneurial journey also includes becoming an angel investor in a multi-million-dollar company.

From scaling her business to multi-six figures in a couple of years, she now dives in head first (with a mapped out plan, of course), into business projects of all sizes, all with a big cup of black coffee and probably quoting one too many of the Kardashians.
