a little more about us

Being in spaces where no one looked like me was uncomfortable, but I kept showing up because I knew that every time I did, I was making space for another woman. The Founder’s Table is built on that same belief—it's not just about what you’ll get here, but who you’ll help make room for.

OUR WHY

G

Building my business wasn’t about going viral—it was about getting into rooms where ideas turned into action. The Founder’s Table was born from my need for deeper connections and real feedback, and now it’s your space to grow, scale, and create impact alongside women who are doing the same.

Some of my closest friends in real life came from masterminds and business groups. That’s the energy behind The Founder’s Table—a community where we’re not just focused on scaling businesses, but also building connections that go beyond the rooms. Here, we’re mixing serious strategy with real relationships.

THE WHY

the why

The Founder's Table was created for women entrepreneurs who are ready to build legacies, not just businesses. It’s for those seeking more than basic networking—they want real conversations that drive growth, strategy, and leadership. This is a community where you gather with like-minded women who understand the challenges of scaling, and who are committed to helping each other move the needle in business. It’s a space where you can be surrounded by peers who hold you accountable, celebrate your wins, and support you through the tough decisions. Beyond casual meetups, The Founder's Table is about meaningful connections that fuel real business progress. You don’t need more advice telling you to post on social or build your email list, you desire collaboration, innovative thinking, and the chance to scale your business to the next level. Together, we’ll push past the limits of what you thought possible, helping you build something bigger—a lasting legacy. This is where you come to grow, lead, and make an impact, knowing you’re supported every step of the way.

OUR STORY

about us

Community has always been at the heart of my business growth. Referrals and being part of groups where I could collaborate and get feedback from other business owners moved the needle in my business far more than any social media post. It’s been important for me to get into rooms where I didn’t always fit in, to make space for other women like me. Even when those spaces felt awkward or uncomfortable, I knew pushing through would allow me to create more opportunities for others.

Being part of masterminds helped me grow, but during implementation phases, I realized I didn’t need more ideas—I needed accountability and action. I also found that these masterminds often felt like exclusive social clubs, where business connections grew into lifelong friendships. That’s how The Founder's Table was born—a blend of social club and educational community, where women gather to build legacies through masterminds, events, and retreats.

Growing up in a Pacific Islander family, I learned the power of gathering and sharing stories over food. The Founder’s Table brings that same sense of belonging, where every woman feels like she has a seat at the table, building her legacy alongside others.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Alisha Kumar

As a 4x founder and more recently, an angel investor, community has truly been the backbone to my success these last 7 years as an entrepreneur. Originally from Vancouver, BC, I knew no one in Washington when I had moved in 2018 and there wasn’t a space where I felt like I belonged. So I built it myself and invited everyone to come along to grow together. I’ve always reminded myself that if I want to go fast, to go alone, but if I want to go far, go together. Choosing the latter has enabled me to build The Founder's Table, helping women create businesses beyond their wildest dreams.
